Gary W. Blanes is an award-winning builder who has been helping people create their dream homes since 1979. No matter how small or large the job, Gary and his team deliver excellent craftsmanship, total accountability, clear communication and efficient management. They make the entire construction process as seamless and stress-free as possible.
It’s a measure of the company’s success that more than 90% of new business comes from client referrals. GW Blanes Construction has successfully completed more than 1,000 projects across Lower Mainland, from luxurious custom homes to small-scale renovations.
Gary earned his diploma in structural engineering technology at Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and gained extensive field experience as both a journeyman carpenter and a construction project manager. Since founding his own company in 1991, he has won three Gold Georgie Awards and earned an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau.
